Ellen Emerson White is an American author known for her young adult fiction, including 'The President's Daughter' series. She began her writing career while attending Tufts University, publishing her first novel, 'Friends for Life', in 1983. In addition to her YA novels, she has written sports biographies, historical fiction, and books under the pseudonyms Zack Emerson and Nicholas Edwards.
