Eowyn Ivey is an American author raised in Alaska, where she continues to live. Before becoming a full-time novelist, she worked as a journalist for the Frontiersman newspaper and as a bookseller at Fireside Books in Palmer, Alaska. Her debut novel, The Snow Child, was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize and an international bestseller.
