Vanessa Walters is an English novelist, playwright, critic, and commentator born in London in 1978. She gained early recognition as a teenage novelist with the publication of 'Rude Girls' while still at Queen's College, London. She later studied law at University College London. Walters has lived in various places, including Paris and Lagos, Nigeria, the latter of which inspired her 2023 novel 'The Nigerwife', a Good Morning America Book Club pick. She currently resides in Brooklyn.
