Christine Pountney
Christine Pountney is a Canadian author, teacher, artist, and therapist. Born in Vancouver and raised in Montreal, she lived in London for five years before returning to Canada. She holds an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia. In addition to her novels, she has written for publications such as The Guardian, The New York Times Magazine, and The Walrus. She also practices a hybrid therapy called The Mothering Technique and teaches creative writing.
