Roxanne Veletzos

Roxanne Veletzos was born in Bucharest, Romania, and moved to California with her family as a young teen. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and has worked as an editor, content writer, and marketing manager for various Fortune 500 companies. She began writing short stories about her native Eastern Europe as a cathartic experience while transitioning to a new culture. She is the author of the international bestseller 'The Girl They Left Behind' and 'When the Summer Was Ours'. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
