Sabaa Tahir

Sabaa Tahir (born November 7, 1983) is a Pakistani-American novelist best known for her New York Times–bestselling An Ember in the Ashes series and the contemporary novel All My Rage. Raised in Ridgecrest, California, she is a former newspaper editor and studied at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her work spans young adult fantasy and contemporary fiction and has received major literary awards.
