Indu Sundaresan is an Indian-American author known for her historical fiction, particularly the Taj trilogy. Born and raised in India, she moved to the United States for graduate studies in economics and operations research at the University of Delaware before pursuing a career in writing. She lives in the Seattle, Washington area.
