Marianne Richmond

Marianne Richmond is a USA Today bestselling author, artist, and clinical mental health counselor. Over the course of three decades, she has authored more than 60 books, primarily children's picture books and board books, which focus on themes of love, connection, and encouragement. Her work, which she often illustrates herself, has sold millions of copies worldwide. In 2025, she released her first work of non-fiction, a memoir titled 'If You Were My Daughter: A Memoir of Healing an Unmothered Heart,' which details her personal journey of overcoming childhood trauma and undiagnosed epilepsy.
