Penny Vincenzi (born Penelope Hannaford) was a prominent British novelist and former magazine editor, widely known as the 'doyenne of the modern blockbuster.' Before her successful literary career, she worked as a journalist and editor for various publications, including Vogue, Tatler, and the Daily Mirror. Her debut novel, 'Old Sins,' was published in 1989, and she went on to write 17 novels and two short story collections, selling over 7 million copies worldwide.
