Leah Weiss
Leah Weiss is an acclaimed Southern author born in North Carolina and raised in the foothills of Virginia. Before becoming a full-time writer, she had a 24-year career as the Executive Assistant to the Headmaster at Virginia Episcopal School, retiring in 2015. She is known for her novels set in Appalachia, including 'If the Creek Don't Rise' (2017), 'All the Little Hopes' (2021), and 'The Creek, the Crone, and the Crow' (2026).
