Sheila O'Flanagan
Sheila O'Flanagan (born 1958) is an Irish bestselling novelist and journalist. A former foreign-exchange dealer who worked at the Central Bank of Ireland, she became a full-time writer after publishing her first novels in the late 1990s. O'Flanagan is the author of more than 30 popular novels, writes columns for Irish publications, and has been recognised in the Irish book trade (including the Irish Popular Fiction Book of the Year). She lives in Dublin and frequently sets her stories around contemporary family and relationship themes.
