Sam Wiebe is an award-winning and bestselling Canadian author known for Pacific Northwest crime fiction, especially the Dave Wakeland series (Invisible Dead, Cut You Down, Hell and Gone, Sunset and Jericho). His work often blends noir atmosphere with social realism; he has been writer-in-residence at Simon Fraser University and the Vancouver Public Library and has published short fiction and edited the Vancouver Noir anthology.
