Deborah Treisman is a literary editor and podcaster who has been the Fiction Editor of The New Yorker since 2003. She hosts The New Yorker: Fiction podcast, has edited anthologies including 20 Under 40: Stories from The New Yorker, and coauthored The Dream Colony: A Life in Art. She began at The New Yorker as Deputy Fiction Editor in 1997 and has been recognized for her contributions to contemporary short fiction.
