Sheena Kamal

Sheena Kamal is a Canadian novelist, essayist and screenwriter born in the Caribbean and raised in Canada. She holds an HBA in Political Science from the University of Toronto and previously worked in film and television as a researcher, development coordinator, actor and stunt double. She is best known for the Nora Watts crime/thriller series (The Lost Ones, It All Falls Down, No Going Back) and the YA novel Fight Like a Girl. Her debut The Lost Ones won the Kobo Emerging Writer Prize and the Macavity Award and has been published internationally.
