Katherine Bullock

Katherine Bullock is a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto at Mississauga, focusing on political Islam. She is also the President of Compass Books, which publishes books about Islam and Muslims. Originally from Australia, she embraced Islam in 1994 and now lives in Oakville with her husband and children. Her research and publications often focus on Muslims in Canada, their history, political engagement, media representation, and issues surrounding the veil. She has also authored academic works on Muslim women activists and stereotypes.
