Neil White

Neil White is a British crime writer and qualified solicitor. Born in the mid-1960s, he grew up in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and spent part of his childhood in Bridlington. He trained and worked in law while writing crime fiction in his spare time; his novels frequently feature reporter Jack Garrett and DC Laura McGanity and are set in the north of England. He has published multiple series and stand-alone thrillers and has worked with publishers including Avon/HarperCollins, Sphere and Hera Books. His recent work includes The Photograph (2023).
