K. J. Taylor (born 1986 in Canberra) is an Australian fantasy author best known for the Fallen Moon trilogy (The Dark Griffin; The Griffin's Flight; The Griffin's War) and the Risen Sun trilogy. She published her first novel, The Land of Bad Fantasy, as a teenager and has worked as an archivist. Taylor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and further qualifications in editing and information studies.
