Ward Palmer Larsen (born March 14, 1961) is an American thriller novelist best known for the David Slaton series and numerous standalone thrillers. A former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot who flew combat missions in Operation Desert Storm, Larsen has also served as a federal law enforcement officer, an airline captain, and a trained aircraft accident investigator. He is a USA Today bestselling author and multiple-time winner of the Florida Book Award.
