Lynn Viehl is the primary pen name of American author Sheila Lynn Kelly (born 1961). She has published dozens of novels across multiple genres — including urban fantasy, steampunk, paranormal romance and science fiction (as S.L. Viehl) — and is known for series such as Darkyn and Disenchanted & Co. She also runs the writing blog Paperback Writer and has worked as a nurse/medical technician, experiences that informed some of her science-fiction work.
